We have missed our MG Walks, seeing you in person and having the time to celebrate each other and raise funds for research, awareness, and advocacy. This has been a unique year and in light of the pandemic, MGFA is unable to host in-person events this year. The health and safety of our community is our top priority.
Instead, we will COME TOGETHER and combine our 2020 MG Walks and fundraising efforts to highlight and recognize our Walk leaders, volunteers, and participants as part of the Together We Stand virtual event. Although we cannot be together in-person, it does not mean our mission has changed.
WE NEED YOUR HELP MORE THAN EVER. Please register to join us and continue your generous, impactful fundraising efforts in the coming months to help people with MG. When you register for a virtual walk, you can continue to help support the mission and be part of this virtual event by rallying your friends and family to get involved from across the globe! Every dollar raised will get us one step closer to our goal: A world without myasthenia gravis!
In the same spirit as the Walks, we would like to invite you to join us on Saturday, October 10, noon eastern , for a virtual event- MGFA Together We Stand; a celebration of the power of community, hope and love. We’ll spotlight our amazing volunteers and support groups, those living with MG, our MG Walk participants, researchers, partners, and medical professionals who work hard to achieve progress every day across the global MG community. Together We Stand as one community in the fight against MG!
Prior to the event on October 10th, you can get involved in several ways:
